Can we check in before the standard check-in time or check out later than the standard check-out time?
Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability.
How far is FIVE Palm Jumeirah from the airport?
Destino Five Ibiza is approximately 13–15 km (about 8–9 miles) from Ibiza Airport (IBZ). The drive usually takes between 25 and 30 minutes, depending on traffic.
Do you provide airport transportation services from and to the hotel?
Yes, we offer airport transportation services. The one-way price is EUR 130 for our Mercedes Viano.
Is it necessary to pre-book airport-to-hotel transportation?
Yes, please inform us in advance if you require airport/hotel transfer services.
Does the hotel offer parking facilities?
Yes, we have two parking options available. There is complimentary parking located just a one-minute walk from the hotel. Alternatively, we offer valet parking directly in front of the hotel for an additional fee of EUR 15 per day, which is continuously monitored by our bell staff and security team.
Will I be required to pay a security deposit?
Check-in and Security Deposit Policy
A credit card pre-authorisation or cash deposit is required upon check-in to cover any incidental expenses during your stay, such as restaurant dining, beverages, or telephone charges. The pre-authorisation amount is EUR 200 per night, per room.
If no outstanding charges remain at check-out, the full amount will be refunded. Please note, this is an authorisation only—no funds are withdrawn unless otherwise confirmed by our reservations team.
The credit card must be in the name of the guest who made the booking, unless prior arrangements have been approved by the property. During check-in, the card will be requested, and an authorisation will be processed accordingly.
Important Information for All Guests
It is a legal requirement that all guests present a valid physical National ID or passport at check-in. This applies to every individual staying in or visiting the room—no exceptions.
Digital copies or alternative forms of identification are not accepted.
Each room category has a strict occupancy limit, which includes the main guest, accompanying guests, and visitors. Once the maximum capacity has been reached, no additional guests or visitors will be allowed in the room.
A physical credit card must also be presented at check-in for payment and pre-authorisation of any room or incidental charges.

We welcome families and cater to guests of all ages. Please note that for event days, individuals under 18 are not allowed in designated party zones.
